How about inclement weather which happens all the time and having to traverse that. It is a major plus to have this. Just enjoy it versus trying to find waste in projects because you’ll find it everywhere

Fckn nailed it. The millions and and billions he’s donated / solicited has saved an unquantifiable of lives. People need to get over their holier than thou attitude

They’ve also received millions in donations from Langone that allowed them to progress research and build new facilities. Treating the guy did all this is a bad thing?
For that one person he displaced in his emergency, he’s probably saved hundreds of others with his donation

Reply to State Orders NYC To Drop Foie Gras Sales Ban, Says Ban Violates NY Agricultural Law by Gato1980
I visited Hudson valley farms in college primed to do a hit piece on ducks being tortured and all I saw were a bunch of ducks literally standing to get fed. Cracked me up in the moment.
It’s inhumane but pretty much all animal protein raised in the US is inhumane so if your view of foie is to ban it, then it needs to be consistently applied equally to all animal meats

It sucks because the only places that can open are mass chains that have the capabilities to do so. Totally stunts the development that has made NYC so special over the past few decades with small mom and pop shops.
I don’t need another Cava, just salad, etc

I mean they turned warehouses into luxury apts in tribeca so no reason they can’t do it for these buildings too

Insanely clean. Crime is very low and there are even sliding partitions at the subway so you won’t get pushed in. Honestly if it wasn’t so humid for 100% of the year, I’d moved there already
