The Mysterious Affair at Styles was quite a drag, but understandable since it was her very first book.

I couldn’t stand Gatsby’s constant use of the phrase “old sport”. didn’t make sense to me and didn’t finish the book.

I kind of figured this out a while back too. Goodreads ratings and reviews are best used as just a guide
