I love thriftbooks! However I have found that their condition descriptions are kinda meaningless. Most of the ‘good’ books I’ve gotten have been better than ‘like new.’ However I’ve also gotten a ‘good’ book that looked like it was thrown in the ocean, it couldn’t even be read. But they’ve always been quick to refund if the condition doesn’t match what you paid for!
