Rocky Mountain ATV, and Revzilla have a decent return system for exchanging if your a size off. Decent size charts and you can do a quick google search to find out if the product fits large or small. Freedom Cycle has some inventory and books with plenty to order from. Most of the staff I talked with are riders and get it. Good luck

I have 10 years off the sauce, and I still have my ups and downs. A good therapist is hard to find these days. Do you have any recommendations? I went to a work event recently and I have not been that close to the edge in a while. I was ready to throw it all away. Nutz right. I promptly left the event, but it sucked to be on the outside. People think after time it gets easier but for me the work continues. Some days I'm good and I want to be in that type of environment "bars ect.". I guess to prove a point to myself. Other days I need to lock myself indoors because I just don't trust myself.

Shout out to everyone here in the struggle. I wish you all well and feel your pain 100%. Nothing worth it in life comes easy so I just keep getting after sobriety and make it a priority.

I think that depends on agency and the Broker you work with. Some want you to have it, some don't. Many agents fear it will scare the customer away. Plenty of the full-time professionals I have spoken with use them for Clients. With a designated agency, one of the first forms given to the client should be a Brokerage Relationship Disclosure Form that also lays out the different relationships and responsibilities between you and your agency/agent. You as the purchaser/buyer decide that relationship. I do agree OP is misguided here but understand buyer's remorse. It sucks. Zillow is not the end all be all. Prices are up right now year over year in many zip codes for NH. The market is also unpredictable. Just like any other industry, you have good agent and bad agents/ agencies. I would just enjoy the house and focus on life, not Zillow.
