I always wonder if this is the cause of things like the mandela effect.
The Simulation doesn't process things unless they're being observed, which was fine until we started putting cameras everywhere.
Now it is forced to have most of the landscape rendered at all times, leading to a drain on RAM. This in turn causes literal glitches in the matrix.
