Depends on what you mean by 'thrown out'...did you violate the lease? Tenants have 7 days to correct or quit for nonpayment. But if they pay between day 7 and a court date, then it goes away. Though, tenants can only do that 3 times in a calendar year, legally in the state. For other lease violations that aren't safety related, it's a 30 day cure or quit. If you're month to month, either the tenant or the landlord can give a 30 day notice to vacate. If the landlord is being abusive and constantly threatening, then call the police.

NH has a rebate fund that usually depletes and gets funded again later in the year. It's only up to $1k as far as I know. I was approved in November but no payouts yet..

I've got a Cannon pass and I'm not feeling the urge to ski one route...it's only a 2hr round trip, but I don't know that I'll enjoy as many hours of skiing just a single route...

They're having issues...serious issues. I had the same problem. Try a different browser. On top of that issue I was unable to log in, just got an error that said "failed" at the top of the screen. Then when I went to reset the password it said "failed, contact HELP" I sent an email that was never replied to. I did however try calling and they put me in a callback queue...so that was an improvement from waiting 3 hours on the phone last time only to be connected with an answering service that took my number and said I'd get a call back(which never happened).

Try calling again..seems the only way to contact them short of driving over an hour to Concord because they closed their Lebanon office to customers.

I had to wait on hold 2.5 hours to be sent to an answering service. They tool my number and said I'd get a call back within 24 hours. I never received a call.

Went to the local office, saw a sign that said "customer entrance". Walked to the doors to find a paper notice that said the office is not open to the public.

Terrible utility.

State Farm Insurance has no breed restrictions for tenants. Not exactly something you can set as a filter when looking for apartments though...
