Nah, but there was one guy who had one line and I was like "I can't believe they didn't reshoot that". I watched it last week (5th time) and one of the cops had a line that was so flat it felt completely out of place in the movie.

Basinger was supposed to be holding back, because that's her character: a facade.

I think my new rule is "no 2nd season aired? ok then no first season" because I really liked the first episode of Kindred and the same thing happened. Same for 1899. 3 shows in the past 3 months that I liked that aren't gonna continue.

Animation is expensive. I'm not going to quibble with producers using a sparse animation style, because I know that a sparse animation style saves them money and it gets me more animated shows. At the end of the day streaming media is about profit.

Makes me think somebody canceled it for the tax write off like they did with Batgirl

This story repeats too often. One season, gets canceled, everybody hopes that it will get picked up by a different service.

Oh yeah it's definitely part comedy and the comedy part is sometimes ridiculous
