I’ve had a down pillow at some point and I remember it was always a pancake in the morning. Now I have a couple latex toppers and they are pretty springy.

Not a hotel pillow but instead of down, why don’t you buy shredded latex by the pound. I forget offhand how many pounds it takes for the average pillow, more than one, but the advantage is you can add it or take away until you reach you comfort level.

Do you have closet space? Those fabric hanging shelves (IKEA has them but Amazon will too) are good for t-shirts, underwear, socks etc.

Aluuuuuminuuuum? Just kidding. I would much prefer a non non-stick coating but didn’t realize that was ever an option.

This looks suspiciously like my just-replaced but equally old Panasonic. On. Off. There is no other. The only reason I bought a new (identical) one is the non stick coating was becoming too damaged (even using silicone rice paddles). If it were possible to just get a new inner tub, I would.

I don’t have advice on fixing the stretched leather but in future, you can buy wedges that fit under the heel of your insole to correct supination (when heel rolls to the outside). Recommend you do this now as eventually you will have problems with your gait.
