These look like last round bags. They didn't use the same bags this time around. Also, this round was for 90. How did you get 110? Did you purchase late?

This is kind of old news. It was known that halo stems have changed, but I don't think anyone did measurements. V1 stems are still out there from other people. It's just hard to differentiate until you test with a boba top.
