I just scrubbed my toaster oven and got it looking almost brand new using The Pink Stuff (I’m not a shill, a paste with baking soda or liquid barkeeper’s would also work, but I feel like baking soda is really hard to remove completely) and a toothbrush. I avoid the heating elements because I broke one once, but everything else should come clean.
