My neighbors double park three cars with no lights on every single night then scream and attempt to attack people when someone says something to them. I live on a small 2 way street many many accidents are missed by an inch. Cops drive by. Ppa drives by. Nothing. The city doesn't care.

Are you trying to get them to bill you for the mri? They definitely won't do that. You have to talk to financial services at a imaging center and you have to pay them on the spot before the mri.

I think that's just the hospital you went to. I have most certainly had mri's in the e.r non admitted.
