I run an open source, medical AI project for digital pathology called Slideflow at the University of Chicago. We’re working on developing reliable biomarkers for patients with lung, breast, and thyroid cancer, and we can always use more help! Sounds like a great learning experience! Out of curiosity, why are you packaging and making it publicly available for others to use when we already have PyTorch/Tensorflow/caffe/etc?

I’m first author on the first paper, but wasn’t involved in either of the others.
