The door opens inward on the house and the left side of the porch where the front of the suv is connects to the concrete of the driveway. No ramp needed and likely that whole left side of the porch either has no enclosure or it opens outward.
No questions needed when the answers are all logically there.

Or more willing to put a small set of wheels on one side and hinges on the other to open it like a door.
