unless you are having someone pick up like 2 hours before your reception and wrapping them up wouldn't they go stale by then?

got t-boned when i was pregnant. dude ran a stop sign. called cops... they told me unless i needed an ambulance i was on my own. cop drove past my car just sitting in the intersection. can't make this shit up.

so will PPD now enforce traffic laws?!

philly's response is that they will just come clean it up on tax payer dime but never do anything to prevent it. constant dumping under 95 and they come once a week to clean it out. would they ever think to patrol there? or use cameras to fine people. nah. too easy.

what i dont understand is why anyone leaves their house before the persons plane lands and they are headed to baggage claim. it doesn't hurt them to wait an extra 5-10 minutes. Im certainly not hanging around the airport for an hour waiting for a flight to land.

have you called 311. you get a better response than using the app. you have to give them the EXACT location or they will act like they don't see it. go on phila atlas and get the proper address call 311 tomorrow.. say kids keep playing in it or whatever you have to to be extra dramatic. it should be picked up within the week.

you can still cut through if you rent you just have to have it fixed.

bc he was in scranton at the courthouse. he needed to be brought to the federal courthouse in order for the extradition process to start. the feds got him not local police.

lol we had a car w NO tire sitting on top of its tires. cops came and refused to ticket it.

cops wont do anything. had someoe leave their car in front of my house sitting on top of it's own tire and the cops came looked at it and said it was perfectly fine sitting there. meh. so i got a permit from l&i for a dumpster and was gonna force them to tow it. the guy came and frantically fixed his car and moved it at midnight before my permit date haha.
