We've gotten through the highest load period - winter loads peak around 7AM and 8PM - and PJM has ended their most concerning emergency alerts. So I wouldn't expect any rolling blackouts at this point unless something goes disastrously wrong tomorrow morning. The highest risk period by far was this morning.

Unlikely they need to do it at this point unless something unexpectedly bad happens tomorrow morning.
