Yeah that is in no way a common occurence. If the injury itself won't kill the animal, a predator will. Seeing an animal in the wild that has recovered from a serious injury is very rare.

Of course other animals have immune systems too, so they can fend off a minor infection without any medical intervention, as can we.

But oh boy, if those bacteria and pathogens enter the bloodstream? Without medical care that animal is a gonner, be it Human or any other animal.

No, other animals are just as susceptible to infection.

And wild animals drop dead all the time because of infected wounds. Sepsis ain't no joke dude, without treatment any severe infection can be fatal.

The only reason Human bite's morbidity isn't higher, is due to medicine and healthcare.

That's why I said Hypothetically and eventually in my original comment.

But yeah, unironically calling Humans venomous would be highly inaccurate.

Well yes, cladistically speaking, sure.

But that's like saying Hippos are Cetaceans... Which is true, but calling Hippos Whales is a bit of a stretch.

Judging by the overall size, number of toes and orientation of bones; Closest I can get is "a small rodent", probably a juvenile based on the lack of fur, and pink colour.

Most likely a Rat or a Squirrel, probably not a mole with those claws..

Just guesstimating here

Edit 2: My guess is that a bird snatched a baby Squirrel and either had to fight another bird for the loot and dropped some while they were at it, or the bird was interrupted while dining and dropped some of their meal while trying to relocate.

Tbf I think Humans are so violent as a result of being hairless, teethless, clawless, venomless monkeys.

That aside; We do have teeth, we do have hair, and we're not monkeys lol

Edit: Oh, and Human saliva contains so much bacteria that a bite wound left untreated is pretty much a death sentence. Hypothetically, biting an animal will most likely eventually cause it to die from infection. So might as well consider us being "venomous" too.
