If you’re planning to use it commercially, I would message them and ask. If it’s just a personal project or something internal, maybe don’t worry about it.

And you can’t buy the song somewhere? It seems like you probably don’t have to overthink it or stress out about it

Does the song have a Creative Commons License? They don’t by default, that’s something the artist and all writers would have to declare. And if they did declare it, I would imagine there would be a legal way to obtain the files. But no technically, you can’t illegally download something and use it regardless.

Normal people don’t love getting blackout drunk. They like the buzz of one or two drinks. Binge drinking is for college kids. Hangovers suck.
