I met a guy that had this about 10 years back. I have a background in languages and I couldnāt place his accent so I asked him where he was from. He said heās a local but got into a bad car wreck that put him into a coma and heās spoken that way ever since. He had a great sense of humor about it though. āI sound like Borat, right!?ā He really did š¤¦š»āāļø
