UPDATE: ok so if you have cracked the front AND back of your iphone 13 Pro they will give you a brand new one (NOT a refurbished one) for 549 which honestly is better than just the 500 to replace the back lol :)

i literally just dropped it face down on concrete but it slid off my laptop and i didn’t have a screen protector but did have a case lol

yeah i meant like can a 3rd party do it or not…
