Perform and mingle at open mic nights. Find a convenient one you like. And don't miss the Lizard Lounge on Mondays. It's the best mic in the region and brings out the best talent and original music. Craig's List musicians page can help you connect to more people, but as always use caution and meet strangers in a public place, and expect a lot of flakes before you find anyone good.

Pete's (Frates) Park in Beverly is also brand new(2019) and pretty nice. Somewhere in Ipswich there is a pirate ship playground.
And Endicott Park in Danvers has a playground and a working barn with goats, pigs, horses, cows, rabbits and chickens. And it's free in weekdays.
