Lol it’s a real answer.. I saw that too which is why I tried to offer what little I know about DPW. Nolan actually is one of the sanitation workers in my neighborhood, really friendly guy. He’s also super connected in the community but really accessible and down to earth. Might be worth visiting DPW offices on Nepperhan too.

Try contacting James Nolan. He works as a sanitation worker and is also a county legislator. He’s pretty responsive on social media, and seems like a down to earth guy. He might be able to point you in the right direction.
