This is such a foolish and unrealistic goal.
To "end" HIV you would have to monitor every person with HIV or in a high risk group and make sure they are taking their meds.
I've gotten virulently down voted for saying this before, but the fact is there are people who fetishize HIV. People who go off of PreP with the intention of getting infected, and people who go off their meds with the intention of infecting others.
I know there are some that will say I'm "gay bashing" ... I'm not, gay sex is great and should be enjoyed by more people. IF you care about truth, ask me before down voting and bad mouthing .
