Hi there! I wanted to hop on here and comment with a resource you may not have heard about here in Springfield, since you mentioned that your brother has a new infant; it's called Isabel's House! I work there! It is a crisis nursery where children ages 0-12 can stay while their parents figure out their crisis. We also have a family advocate who can help find affordable housing and other resources! Just thought I'd put the word out if the baby needs a safe place to sleep, eat, and be loved on during these cold months. Feel free to DM me with any questions!

This kitty is very good around dogs too! We have two and they get along great. Peabody is literally the cutest name of all time. We have been calling him Graybraham and occasionally Boxcar ๐Ÿ˜‚

We actually have a four year old as well! He is extremely cuddly once he warms up :) he does still have his claws but has never scratched or bitten our kid... and she isn't the gentlest if you know what I mean haha

Thank you! Me too!! He was found in a gutter, his eyes crusted over from infection and an upper respiratory infection as well at only 4 weeks old. We took him in and nursed him back to health and now he is so gorgeous!

We have two dogs and he is super sweet with them! He loves to run and hide and my schnauzer comes to find him it's adorable! I am also throwing in a little cat tree that he sleeps on ๐Ÿ’“

I currently live in a Dizmang property. I like the house, though $900 for a fifty year old rwo-bed one-bath house is pretty steep. The deposits are outrageous if you have pets. I paid an $800 deposit for two dogs under 20 lbs each. Plus the $900 dollar "regular" deposit. I've never had to file a maintenance claim so can't help on that front.... but I can say as long as you pay your rent on time there is zero issue. They do not reach out unless you do and they pretty well just leave you alone altogether. Oh, one more thing; when I moved in I had asked about possible replacing the dishwasher with a newer model as the one inside is as old as the house. Their conditions for that were 1) We pay for the new dishwasher, 2) We pay them to install the new dishwasher, and 3) THEY GET TO KEEP THE DISHWASHER AFTER WE MOVE OUT. Like what the fuck?
