Yeah I'm surprised none of the chains have it (that I've been to so far). HEB's in Texas were bigger than the ones here, so my guess is that bulk spices aren't mainstream enough to be profitable for smaller grocery stores (if that makes sense).

It's definitely more environmentally friendly, so it's ironic they don't sell them like that at Whole Foods.

Yeah I wish more grocery stores sold in bulk. Lots cheaper and more environmentally friendly imo.

Oh, maybe not quite what I was looking for, but if I'll keep it in the back of my head if I want something niche. Texas was nice because you could get just a little bit of a spice you might not use much - I think I paid like 50 cents for white pepper that lasted me a year
