I've attempted roughly 3 times with siblings and friends to play ESO together since its inception. We get to the second town, and everyone starts complaining about some aspect or another, myself included. We then drop the game to go back to whatever we were already immersed in or the next big game.
Getting friends together for MMOs has never been a huge success in my experience due to the time commitment in it.
