They help navigate the system to connect you to services regarding; housing, healthcare, legal, substance abuse, income, food & child care. There are so many programs that ppl don't utilize b/c they don't know they exist. by New_Stats
Great post!! I have used Perform Care to get help with my kids, it is a free program for all children in the state (im pretty sure). They helped us learn how to help with adhd behavioral issues.
