Don’t think about panic attacks. Turn on some music, the TV, anything that will distract you. Just thinking about it will cause it to be worse. It’ll be over in a little while and you’ll feel better. “The Flintstones” usually works for me :)

There’s a bit more to this. First, WINS is the top commercial billing station in New York, with north of $30 million the past few years.
The other, not as good, part is that Audacy is combining the newsrooms do WINS and WCBS-AM, so that there will be almost no difference between the two. Even though they’ve been owned by the same company for years, they had distinct voices and styles.
