As someone who lives on Water st currently and has lived many places in the US there’s nothing crazy here, its mostly just low income families. There’s a brand new skate park in the area and a community garden down the street. There are some areas I wouldn’t walk at night, and I try not to leave anything visible in my car, but other than that its not a bad area.

I’m literally college age and I have the same problem. I’m not going to go back to college just to meet people my age?
