Similarly, with the hosta and deer, if you have rabbits in your area, they will eventually eat the hosta once other foods are gone.

The rabbits by me love to destroy the asiatic lillies first, then move to the lirope. I use wire surrounds to keep them away as much as possible...

a few reasons I've read recently:

-Warming water Temps push their migration routes and feeding zones to different locations, often right into shipping lanes. This increases vessel strikes. The NY metro area is one of the busiest shipping areas on the East Coast.

  • avian flu. It's known to be killing seals and dolphins; it's likely to have made its way into whales.

  • eating of and entanglement in plastics including lost fishing ropes, drift nets, and micro plastics.

This completely depends on location and time of day.

I used to commute from the Manasquan area to Princeton. Door to door it should be around 45 minutes , but depending on the time of day, it could be 1.5 hours easily... if you have flex in the work schedule it's very helpful....

Thanks, and the death of all of these animals is a shame....I'm being downvoted because many people would rather believe conspiracy theories, that support that idiot Trumps disdain of offshore wind turbines, with garbage they see on facebook or fox news over the truth about a known serious issues with marine mammals with scientific research backing up the findings ...

Im not an attorney but i do write contracts for my business, and I'd advise being careful of the phrase "any rental agreement that doesn't have a specific lease term"....in the noted caseload above...

If the landlord is a tool, and If he has the ability to bring you to say small claims court, you do at least have an implied oral agreement...meaning: you have for a period of time paid a set amount of rent to the landlord that you both agreed to at some point.

I'd think at most you could be on the hook for that last month, but not the increase. Again, if he brings you to court...

Good luck!

NJ has some of the toughest gun laws in the States...it's rare to see a gun unless it's on a cop or you are at a shooting range.

There has always been an organized crime presence. If it's still there, it's pretty deeply hidden. It would be exceptionally rare for any normal, average Joe to have any interactions or issues in this world.

Like everyone else, you generally just have to watch out for the random stuff...

No no...ha ha, not a hired dog walker, just the random people on the street...I have so many in my neighborhood that will literally trespass deep into my property because their dog " likes my grass"... I get annoyed if they get between and too close to the cars, ill admit...

there are already tresspass laws, and theft laws on the books. This local ordinance to me seems well intended, but poorly thought through...

I read it after my comment... ( i usually get stopped by the app paywall) i think its a slippery slope legally. I agree something needs to be done, but as described in the article it seems weak...but I'm no attorney...

So in theory, a dog walker walks thier dog on my lawn, which happens to me like daily, and happens to be within 20 feet of my car...I can have them arrested?? Hmm....
