This is one of the principles we use at my job. Make the goal something hard and aspirational, and then grade yourself/your team after a given amount of time on how close you came.
If you made it easily, try something harder next quarter. If you didn't come close, re-evaluate and make the goal more reasonable next time around.

Same, idk if it’s just the mobile app algorithm or across all of Reddit but half my feed is “what’s your least favorite show where…” or “who’s an actor everyone likes but you don’t like?” And all posted within the last hour.

That’s the thing, they let us set our own goals so stuff like that doesn’t happen, thankfully.
