There’s a brown parking garage on Brook street by like piezonis. There’s a second floor and plenty of space where cars don’t usually park, and no one cares or bothers you. Also Big perimeter wall so you’re private from the street to practice in private. There’s a police substation next door but they never gave me any trouble for being up there

Had my license suspended for no showing/no paying same ticket like ten years ago. They also towed my car during the initial stop, that sucked
