I have Pendleton flannels that my grandfather had worn since he was my age, and they've held up well. They do their assembly in Mexico these days, but the fabrics are still woven in Oregon. Their weave is very tight, and they're one of the few wool flannels that you can machine wash.

Filson also comes to mind, but they're more known for their work in waxed canvas.
