Because npcs uses boolean logic. Nuance is complete above them. They only like or hate games.

EA is charging for additional content. They are providing content to Sims 4 for 9 years. So over time all dlcs prices adds up to quite large sum. Most importantly you don't need to own all dlcs to enjoy game. Just buy dlcs that you want to play. Can you guys pick new dead horse to beat?
