This is true. There used to be a colonial-era home there called Taylors Hall. It was disassembled and moved to a new site on Falls Rd to make way for development.

And please dont go with Terminix, they blow. We went through ~8 chemical treatments with them. Kept coming back. Brought a local company once and they were gone.
