So earn her respect, make her comfortable, find out what positively motivates her, and keep so training reward based. Also for Pyrenees in general, when they want to be touched they will let you know, otherwise they are not big fans of being touched. It is why they seem aloof to some people. Which is incorrect, they are cuddle monsters, they just want to choose when to cuddle. They expect people to respect their boundaries until then. Probably because they are working dogs meant to protect a herd and property.
