Of course they are much worse than what you might estimate by reading this subreddit. Don't believe the hype - most people here didn't use anything other than an iPhone for 5-10 years, living in information silos.

Not really, for Pixel 6 it was something like 20% regression in picture quality for a couple of months. Plus iPhone 13 suffers from most of the same issues.
