Ooop, you're right. There used to be an 11pm train, but that stopped a few years ago.

Yes this is accurate and the train does run. I take it that late occasionally.
There’s also Amtrak and greyhound if you miss it.

That’s not true at all. There are several hiking groups with anywhere from several hundred to several thousand members.
They hike both local to baltimore all the way to PA, WV, VA for day hikes.
If you want to put 15-25 miles in, it’s a 1.5-3 hour trip to get out to the mountains.
I personally day hike in Shenandoah on a regular basis and I live in the city.
OP check out Hiking Upward.

Amtrak is priced like airline tickets. The closer to the date the more expensive.

It's not super clear where in each city you'll be working. That will determine my advice :)

The inner DC suburbs are just as vibrant as the city itself. Plus transit is A LOT better in the DC area than in Baltimore

Yes it'll get rid of the smell temporarily for 6mo or even a year. But tobacco gets into the pores of everything and the more dense the material, the deeper it seeps into it. So it will eventually start to release again and bring the smell back.

You're going to need to treat the walls, ceiling and floor as well. otherwise it'll start to come back over time.

350 x 12 is $4200. So you can pay a lump sum or add it to your monthly payment.

I take the Marc if I have to go to downtown DC. Although it’s actually faster to drive for me if the job is in MoCo because I can take 29

I was talking about from a driving standpoint, not cardinal directions.
Ft. Meade is off of 295. So when you exit, you go east
terpischore761 t1_iugl5w9 wrote
Ft. Meade is east, so you want to be no further west than 95. I would say Fed Hill/Harbor East only so you don't need to deal with the tunnel. Also because you can use surface streets to get around if traffic gets really bad.
For example, I'm between 95 and 70/29. But I can use Rt. 1 to get home if traffic is awful.

Tile works on the cellular network. So basically as long as it’s near a cell phone it will check in.
The app works on both android and apple.

I have a Tile tracker on my bike. I highly recommend them.
I have one hidden in my car, which helped me find it within 30 min after it got stolen earlier this year.

Most places offer a case discount for both beer and wine.
Also look to see if any places offer discount days.
But honestly just call a few places and talk to them. Go online and use a calculator to get an estimate of how much you need.

I’m on the West side of the city and Catonsville/Arbutus is also a good option.
I live in Hunting Ridge but understand it might be a bit too hood adjacent for you. With traffic I am a 12 min drive to UMMC straight down 40 and a turn on Greene. I have both a front yard and a backyard. A driveway + street parking. And very nice neighbors.
