It's not in JC but there are some awesome hand pulled noodles somewhat similar to Pho at Shan Shan in Parsippany. And I know it's sort of a chain but the Ramen at Inspirationroll (Morristown) is pretty solid.

We should talk about the not being able to get through to 911 for 20 minutes part too. Why does it take longer than most crimes/incidents would last just to get through.
