Back in the early 90's we had these clowns in abundance. We beat them. A lot. Often. And they disappeared until "President" Trash. Seems they need a lot more ass kicking. Nothing more than a bunch of feral losers who never made anything of their lives blaming everyone else for their failures. Losers.

The cops gave up on traffic enforcement a long time ago. Too many people to manage that way. We could probably make automated systems to handle it, like we do with stop light cameras, but lawyers 20+ years ago fked us on that avenue. We could create stricter licensing requirements and require re-examination every 5 years or so, but without any reasonable public transit alternative the entire working class would go bankrupt as soon as they fail their written test. Which almost everyone will do.
