Not an exact recipe (everything done by guess), but:

About 500g of boneless chicken - seared on a pan on one side, then flipped, added water + a chicken broth cube and covered.

In to a blender add a ripe avocado, fresh spinach, six big cloves of garlic, salt. Mix and add a splash of oat milk if too thick.

In the meantime make chickpea pasta (i made less, because i had a lot of chicken).

Shred the chicken, add back in pan, add some of the wannabes broth + sauce + noodles.

Decorate with crushed chilli flakes - done!
