Yay for more housing!!
Like those two lots literally abut: a bank, the subway on Waterman, and academic buildings. There are literally no neighbors to annoy.

I've taken a Lyft from pvd to Logan once. Be aware that it's likely be hideously expensive, like $100-$200, which wouldn't be fun to learn if you need one as an emergency backstop. Depending on what exactly you're doing, it might be more cost-effective to rent a car for 1 or 2 days and just park it.
