They're good areas. Fells can have some issues on Friday and Saturday nights with rowdy bar crowds. I'd hit it during the day for your best experience.

Very interesting rundown, thanks. Not to be that guy, but I'd wager most Baltimore residents don't know who half of the city council is, especially younger voters. So, I think it would be helpful if you put their full names. I had to google several of these.

It was butts to nuts there last year and took 40+ min to get drink tix bc their card readers lost WiFi for some reason and they could only accept cash.
Still likely better than Shamrock the Block though.
