And even more are disabled from long covid, or having to care for someone disabled, etc. and I think a lot of people during the pandemic realized that life was too short to tolerate shitty jobs

Completely agree - but wanted to share that it was not just a hoe Rogan trend. I feel horrible for the victim but it should be done safely not alone in the ocean at night. :(

Not a doctor or a therapist, but my psychiatrist and therapist recommended I do some cold exposure to help with anxiety and panic attacks and it does help. I usually try to just step outside or do an ice bath. It apparently slows your heart rate and breathing and calms the system that causes your body to go into fight or flight during panic attacks.

Snow tires will be a huge difference. If the conditions are poor and roads slippery, Drive and take turns like you have a bowl of soup you’re trying not to spill on your passengers lap. (Weird analogy but I heard it years ago and it stuck)

Honestly. When I needed to use high beams more at night I just needed my prescription strengthened
