3. owning the building most likely means you are depreciating that cost over 27 years the end of which you have an old building. Renting the space means you can deduct the rent in full as an expense and you can move easily when the space is no longer up to snuff.

I have a vague recollection that the Septa app allows you to view where the various buses for a route actually are - the maps update every 15-30 seconds or some such. I think the regional rails do the same. but to your point, that requires cell connectivity.

You could try one of the Korean restaurants in CC to see if they will sell you a bottle or two. I’ve noticed that it’s become a lot harder to get soju at state stores for some reason.
