They are, they started 10-15 years ago based on the results of work 20 years ago. You get the chip today. 9-14 years ago they got the results from the manufacturing 19 years ago and couldn't incorporate the changes into the the plans already in motion the previous year, though sometimes they can and you get internode improvements either in yeild or performance.

yes all media for public consumption is not useful for understanding the state of the world, it is only useful for swaying hearts and minds to agendas, often in opposition to the state of the world so that the hearts and minds can be taken advantage of.

3d printing addresses the structure of the house . . .which is only a small portion of the cost of a house.

edit: or prior to reaching a stable state in a system with fixed properties.

Explain what happened. wow the pop science on this is hardcore. Yes it is cool they made a dual junction cell with silicon and perovskite, but triple and quad junction cells have been doing better than pure silicon cell for a long time.

Might find a lawyer. My friend was accused of hitting a car (he didn't he was on a plane at the time of the accident and his car hadn't moved in a month) and the police harassed him for hours at 3AM until he found a lawyer to call the station.
