Pessimistically in 3 years? No way! Like Gates Law says, people overestimate what can be achieved in a year and underestimate what can be done in 10 years.
I’d give it 10 to 20 years to realize true AGI - which isn’t much at all. And I bet breakthroughs in quantum computing will be necessary to achieve it.
