This is not surprising to me. What would be surprising is if there is a politician in North Jersey that isn't corrupt.

I'm glad I live in the part of JC where Menendez Jr will *not* be my Rep.

I like the one in McGinley Square, but overall it doesn't compare to bagels in NYC at all. Had I the space, I would buy a stand mixer and make my own.

I make my own kimchi usually because I like it extra fermented and with a lot of ginger/garlic. I use this recipe as a base and buy the ingredients from 99 Ranch.
