Go to Dartmouth. I had headaches everyday for 4 months and they found a mass on my pituitary gland after a CT and MRI. Neurology at Dartmouth go me in 2 weeks later and endocrinologist got me in 1 week wait. UVM said it'll be a couple of months. I can't wait that long. Even Dartmouth was like wow, it could spread, we don't know if it's benign or not, waiting could spell lots of trouble. UVM didn't seem to care. I hate UVM medical center. I don't know what happened they used to be good.

"product of Canada" Meaning it was bottled in Vermont with Canadian syrup. So not real Vermont syrup. And yes there is a difference.
