I'm with you. I feel so burned by both I only do finished series now. I think most people don't even finish a series, but I just get too invested in the characters and world.

This. Sometimes what people think of you gets you fired, or keeps you from getting a job/promotion, or isolates you in your small town.

Because even if you like the way you look you can enhance features that you want to in order to fit certain moods or styles you like. In other words, it can be a form of self expression just as much as clothes. Don't get me wrong, there are people who use it because they feel ugly, but there is also much more to it than that.

Id say if you were into pop punk or skater culture then you knew them, otherwise probably not much. Most teens probably would recognize Bouncing of the Walls but wouldn't be able to name the band.

That's just insane. You always think of these big bands as being a staple throughout the era.

I'm still a metal head, but there are definitely plenty of 90s pop songs I'll listen to just for the nostalgia and fun.

When I read GOT I didn't have faces, I just kind of imagined every character in that 1800s style where they have all of their clothes but just an outline of their face. I guess my mind just didn't know what to put there. So thanks HBO for giving my characters faces.

Millions of people don't even have enough for today, let alone being confident about the future. However, they will keep laboring under this type of "gratitude" mindset. It's one of many things that keeps people from standing together for real, systemic change.

Man, it's really sad how you guys always have to make up these hypothetical to try and downplay what the party has become. In very few instances is the person voting R for the state rep not also voting R for every candidate.

Let's be real how can you not worship such an amazing beard paired with a powerful guandao?
