I lived in 380 crown it’s a fairly quiet part of downtown closer to state st and I never heard shit. Also my unit was semi underground bad lighting but no noise good for night shift. Wooster square is also fine , or the smoothie building 10 min walk.

It’s pretty much a bodybuilding gym I’ve gone there forever but I’m a bodybuilder. Services are zero, 30$ they have everything you need if you are into hypertrophy. And it’s not really s reasonable commute without a car but with one from downtown it’s <10 min

Totally doable worst cause scenario you have a half hour walk. I did it for years. Still easier than driving in paying for parking etc. In warmer seasons it’s a nice little walk.

Reply to What do you care about in a book? by pw_librarian
Style, it’s kind of like when I’m watching a movie or tv show. I can just tell right away when the book is corny and I want to throw it across the room. For example Hemingway - my favorite style clean concise and dialogue is written to the point.

You should watch the bureau of legends. French show and possibly the best spy show ever, and my top 5 shows of all time.

Huge fan of le carre and spy who came in from the cold is probably my favorite book by him. Andor shows what spying is all about. It’s about using people. Not being bond and shooting 50 people and whipping out gadgets. You use people to get information, to sabotage, and your relationship with your assets and your ability to manipulate them is what it’s all about.
